• Village on the River: This condominium project, located along the Neponset River in Canton, MA, was formerly a manufacturing site that required extensive Planning Board and Conservation approvals due to its proximity to wetlands and site clean-up requirements. Norwood Engineering guided the client through all necessary permitting and remediation work.
• 439 Washington Street, Dedham: This apartment building, located on a tight site in downtown Dedham, had several design challenges. Norwood Engineering helped to efficiently utilize the available space, creating an open air garage and aesthetically pleasing site and building for the residents to enjoy.
